Of the 11 projects currently underway, we are proud to have delivered three projects early this year, namely, Bayfront Tower, located on Balboa Avenue, Sol Marina located in the Marbella area, and our Office Tower, also located on Balboa Avenue and in the heart of Panama’s banking center, which is already occupied by its owners and nearly sold out.

Among the projects that we will be launching in early 2008 for both local and international buyers is the “Playa Bonita Village Resort”, just 25 minutes away from downtown Panama and the Panama Canal, and located in the exclusive Playa Bonita Resort. Other important projects intended for the local market will be ready for delivery during the course of this year.
