In 1979, Engineer Herman Bern P, took steps to build the condominium P.H. girasol. Since this one was located in Marbella, it needed a special type of piles (vaciados en sitio). In that opportunity, PILOTEC, S.A. was hired to do the job.

In 1987, a group of enterprising engineers, invited Engineer Herman Bern to be part of the shareholders of PILOTEC,S.A., offer to which Eng. Herman Bern didn’t doubt in accepting, since it was also acquiring CASE enterprise, besides, he had already given several contracts to PILOTEC,S.A.. He recognized that companies are worth because their personnel. In that particular chance, CASE enterprise, as it was called in the field, was directed by a technician named Carlos Lee.

Ever since, a new enterprise, PILOTEC,S.A. was born, which because of its beliefs, efforts and dedication through the years, has made its place among the leaders in building, bridges, cast piles and special projects.

In this important anniversary Sales and Projects enterprise, S.A. we can be proud and satisfied of saying ; we have carried out the responsibility of constructing piles for more than twenty buildings, such as, Miramar tower, Princesa y Condesa del Mar,Cresta Tower,Hotel holiday inn, Brisas de torre Alamar, Monticello, Bahia Marbella I y II, Plaza Real, Mirador de Terrazas el Cangrejo.
